1. Services

The Jacked Installers Inc. provides professional flooring installation and related renovation services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All estimates, quotes, and project details are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of inspection or estimate.

  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions or requested changes.

  • A deposit may be required before project commencement.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any project cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start date.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. All installations are covered by a 1-year limited labour warranty unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water, humidity, or improper maintenance after installation.

5. Liability

The Jacked Installers Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Clients are responsible for clearing job sites of furniture, debris, and personal items prior to installation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and videos — is the intellectual property of The Jacked Installers Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
